If small is good... we've decided we really should proceed, and do so without the oversight of a bank's involvement. Thus the construction will be financed out-of-pocket, and so arises a need to be as conservative and restrained as reasonably possible. So here's the plan. In the future exterior spaces will be implied or actually made via the construction of a garage, a storage building, and a screened pavilion - all free-standing structures. But this will get us started and therefor back in Hawley!
