It dawns on me that I have not posted an accurate plan of the house as it actually will be built. There have been a number of modifications, but the blog did not seem to require accuracy: for the purposes of documenting the house's progress, the plans shown thus far were sufficient. But here's a plan, drawn to indicate flooring installation patterns. Essentially the floors will be Berkshire range marble (limestone), a paler-than-cafe-au-lait color, in two sizes: 12x24 inches and 1x1 inches.
