After a two-week hiatus during which many things were learned about aspects of any house that are fundamental to its [low] maintenance and operation, a new plan has evolved that we feel we can happily live within. The main floor interior gross square footage (i.e., excluding exterior walls, but including interior partitions) is 1124 square feet. Click to enlarge.
